Delete your Epoc account
You can delete your Epoc account and all its data at any time, even if you no longer have the game installed.
How to delete it
- In the game: Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate.
- Without the game: write to info@xagustudios.net with your nickname and whether you sign in with Google or Apple. We will delete it within 30 days at most and let you know when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account, nickname and place (country, region and city).
- Your games, points and statistics: you disappear from every leaderboard.
- Your friends and friend requests.
- Your open sessions on every device.
- The Epoc Pro purchase record linked to the account.
What is not deleted
- Your Epoc Pro purchase on Google Play or the App Store: it belongs to your store account and you can restore it.
- Data Google or Apple process on their own behalf (for example, your Google account or ads).
- Analytics data, which is not linked to your account and expires on its own within 14 months at most.
