Ace Academy: build champions from the ground up

You don’t sign stars here, you make them. Pick 13-year-olds without knowing how far they’ll go, then decide every week how they train, which events they play and when they rest.

The game

Five jobs on your plate every week

Scouting report showing a French junior's ability range and the scout's recommendation.
Scouting

Every signing is a gamble

Your scouts travel to more than 50 countries looking for boys and girls aged 12 to 16. They won’t give you an exact number, just a range: a future top-10 player or someone who falls by the wayside.

Weekly planner with a player's training sessions and accumulated fatigue.
Training

Plan without burning anyone out

Every player has 20 attributes split across technique, fitness and mindset. Lay out the week’s sessions, keep an eye on fatigue and save energy for the big one.

Yearly tournament calendar organised by week and surface.
Competition

A season that never stops

  • A 52-week calendar across clay, grass, hard and indoor courts.
  • Junior and pro events, with the four majors at the very top.
  • Round-by-round points modelled on the pro rankings.
Clay-court match from the TV camera angle, with the score on screen.
Matches

Played on court, not on a spreadsheet

Matches look like a TV broadcast and the ball reacts to the surface: it kicks up and slows on clay and skids on grass. You set the tactics beforehand and see if they hold up.

The academy campus with courts, dorms and upgradeable buildings.
Management

Someone has to pay for the academy

Build courts and dorms, hire coaches, find sponsors and set fees and scholarships. If the books don’t balance, you’ll feel it on court.
